On 24th September 2009 ING Real Estate Development Sp. z o.o. signed the contract with Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA for the construction of THESPIAN residential-office-service building in Wrocław by Powstańców Śląskich Square. The contract includes the completion of multifunctional building with 9 ground floors. Two-storey underground car park for 70 cars is also planned on the premises. The value of the contract amounts to over PLN 35 m net and the completion of the project is planned within c.a. 14 months. ING Real Estate Development Sp. z o.o. is the investor and developer of the project. The building has been designed by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa architectural studio.
