Graduated from the Institut Supérieur de la Construction in Grenoble. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction. He started his professional career in France and Germany, then to carry out construction projects in countries outside Europe for more than 20 years.

For 17 years he was involved in Bouygues Construction operations, then to continue his career at VINCI Construction for 8 years. Acting as a Large Scale Project Manager, he was responsible for construction of airports, hospitals and skyscrapers in countries such as Cyprus, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Tahiti.

In 2012, he took over the position of Business Development Director for Asia to become CEO of VINCI Construction Grands Projects for Asia in 2016.

He joined Eiffage in Poland in August 2019. Since March 2020 he hold the position of CEO of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo SA and Eiffage Polska Serwis, and also acts as deputy CEO of Eiffage Immobilier Polska.

Graduated from The Institute of Applied Linguistics of University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in Financial Management at the Kozminski Academy as well as accounting and taxes at the Management Department of the University of Warsaw. She holds the rank of independent bank employee granted by the Polish Bank Association. She has completed a number of courses and professional training in auditing, financial analysis, accounting and taxation.

For over 18 years, she has been linked to the construction sector. The last 17 years she worked for Bouygues Construction.

She constantly expands knowledge and experience in financial management and planning. Since 2005, she has been responsible for the financial security of companies acting as Chief Financial Officer and since 2014 as a Board Member.

In January 2020 she joined Eiffage where, acting as the Chief Financial Officer and the Board Member, she is responsible for shaping the financial policy of the Eiffage group in Poland.

She is a passionate of yoga and discovering South America while travelling. She speaks French, English and Spanish.

Graduated from Cracow University of Technology (Building and Engineering Constructions). He also completed annual program Management 2009TM organized by ICAN INSTITUTE.

His professional career has begun in 1994 at MITEX SA in Department of production’s preparation. Then, as a construction manager, project manager, realization’s director he supervised construction of residential, military and industrial buildings, hotels, offices and sports halls.

Since 2006 he worked for Eiffage Polska Budownictwo as branch manager and then as the South Region Director.

He graduated from the Gdansk University of Technology (Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning), postgraduate studies in Innovation, Strategy and Management at the EML College in Lyon, and the Institute of Political Science in Paris (Sciences PO) in Finance, Strategy and Leadership. Fluent in French, English, Italian and Russian.

His professional career has started in 1999 at Coplan Polska, where he has been gradually promoted from the position of Project Management Manager to Executive Vice President and then President of the Board. From 2009 to August 2017 he was associated with BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER Polska. In the beginning, he held the position of Technical Director to take the post of Director of the Warsaw and Poznan Branch of BI in the end.

He joined Eiffage Immobilier in September 2017.
