Selection of job applications

We invite candidates who meet the requirements defined in our recruitment announcement.

Meeting with a representative of the HR Department

The goal of this meeting is to talk in person about the candidate's education, professional experience, and responsibilities in the positions he occupies. We try to learn more about the motivation to work, as well as expectations and plans for the future.

Practical review

Depending on the scope of duties on the position, we practice other methods of selection in recruitment process. It may include in-depth interviews based on competences, psychometric tests, in-basket tasks, work trials and Assessment Center sessions.

Meeting with the future superior

The aim of the conversation is to develop mutual expectations, discuss the terms of the employment contract, agree employment conditions. This is the last stage of recruitment, followed by the final decision to hire a candidate.
