Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed a contract for the construction of Aquapark in Słoneczne Centre by Chrobrego Str. in Radom. The contract will include the construction of Aquapark building with accompanying infrastructure, traffic system and landscaping. Swimming pool halls, SPA complex, bowling alley and bar are planned in the complex. Gross building area will amount to 2 848 sq. m. and capacity will approximate 31 792 sq. m. Poland Business Park XI SP. Z O.O. is the investor. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 32 m. gross. The completion of the project is planned within the next 12 months.
