Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contract for the construction of
C 1st stage of Residential Complex by Jeleniogórska Str. in Poznań. The contract includes the completion of five-storey residential building with underground car park, services and utilities, traffic system (roads, pavements), greenery, fence and landscape architecture. Building area will amount to 2.239,43 sq m and the capacity will have 189.876 cubic meters. BRE.locum SA is the investor. The contract worth c.a. PLN 22 m gross will be completed within 16 months.
