Thespian designed by Mackow design studio and erected by Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex will fight for the World Building of the Year 2011 Award. For the fourth time architects nd professionals from all over the world will meet in Barcelona in Spain and participate in the World Architecture Festival, the most important architectural fest on the globe. The main and awaited feature of the program will be the choice of the World Building of the Year 2011. Out of 284 designs nominated to the final only 3 are from Poland and only 2 had already been erected. All these developments were designed by Mackow studio. One of the candidates for the main prize is Thespian Offices and Apartment Building in Wroclaw. The investment was raised by Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A. in 2011.
