Echo Shopping Center in Kielce won the international MAPIC 2011 award for the Best refurbished retail development. In its run for the first prize Echo Shopping Center beat the Milano City Center from Italy and Zweibruecken The Style Outlets from Germany. The development of Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex was the only Polish investment in the whole contest.
