On September 27th, 2013 the office of the district court in Kielce was opened after enlargement. All construction works were carried out under the supervision of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. The official ceremony was attended by the under secretary of state Wojciech Węgrzyn, voivode of świętokrzyskie region Bożęntyna Pałka-Korba, voivodeship marshal Adam Jarubas and the president of the district court in Kielce Bogusław Sędkowski. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was represented by deputy director of south region Zbigniew Kozłowski, project manager Krzysztof Młynarski and sites manager Marek Kubala.
After the development the building consists of 8 courtrooms, 8 jury deliberation rooms and 5 rooms for witnesses. Furthermore there are 26 office rooms, 43 parking places. After the extension all facilities cover almost 5 000 sq. m.
The building will be used by the 3rd Penal and Supervision Department, 9th Appeal Department and the Administration Department of the District Court in Kielce. The facilities are adapted for the needs of disabled persons. The equipment includes modern security systems, SWOR and room audio systems. The value of the investment amounts to PLN 28,5 million.
