Official opening of the Community Waste Management Facility in Rzędów

On July 11th, 2014 an official opening of the Community Waste Management in Rzędów (Gmina Tuczępy) took place.
The ceremony was attended by several guests including Świętokrzyskie Voivode Mrs. Bożentyna Pałka-Koruba, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Marshal Mr. Adam Jarubas, the President of the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Kielce, Mr. Andrzej Pałys and the representatives of local authorities. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was represented by the Associate Director of South Region Mr. Zbigniew Kozłowski, Project Manager Krzysztof Młynarski, Site Manager Jarosław Jabko and Site Engineer Albert Kaleta.
As an expression of gratitude Mr. Kozłowski received a special commemorative cup from the investor’s President Mr. Robert Stachowicz.
According to the contract Eiffage Polska developed a community waste management facility which enables segregation, composing organic waste, baling of recycled resources and storing the remains of segregation process. The general contractor was obliged to provide all necessary machines and equipment (especially assorting lines). The value of the investment exceeded PLN 26 million.
The newly established plant enables recycling of almost 30 thousand tons of waste products and will operate in the area inhabited by 200 000 people. The investment is a part of the project ‘All-embracing waste management system in Rzędów, Gmina Tuczępy’.
