On July 24th, 2014 Eiffage Polska Budownictwo signed a contract for the extension of a Michelin plant in Olsztyn in northern Poland.
Construction will start in September 2014. The works will focus on the modernization of existing facilities and development of new buildings. According to the agreement completion will take place in March 2018. The floorage of all newly constructed parts of the plant will be c.a. 15,000 sq. m.
The architectural design was prepared by TERMAT studio. The whole investment is funded by Michelin Poland.
