Mitex SA signed a contract to build Tęczowy Młyn Hotel on 4 Zakładowa St. in Kielce.
The project will entail alteration and remodeling of the existing administration building as well as constructing a brand new hotel building with a conference room, restaurant, and a necessary technical infrastructure. The five-story hotel will host 199 guests in 99 double-bed rooms with bathrooms and 1 room for a handicapped person. The total area of the building will be equal to 4901 m2, while the living area will reach 4049 m2. Hotel Tęczowy Młyn Sp. z o.o. is the Investor of the project. The PLN15-million project is expected to be completed within the next 10 months.
