Eiffage Immobilier Polska to complete construction works on the apartment building Villa Sadyba

In Sadyba, a picturesque part of the Warsaw district of Mokotów, the construction works on the first intimate apartment building developed by Eiffage Immobilier Polska (EIP) are nearing completion.
Developed in the area of Stara Sadyba in Żegiestowska Street, Villa Sadyba fits in well into the atmosphere of its exclusive residential surroundings and into the climate of the interbellum modernism. The interiors as well as the façades have been constructed using premium quality materials. The villa is surrounded by landscaped green area enclosed by fence, which will provide its residents with a sense of intimacy and security.
Altogether, Villa Sadyba features 6 apartments with floor areas ranging from 77 to 176 m² on 3 above-ground storeys with independent entrances from the stairwell. Under the building, there is an underground car park with 12 parking spaces – two for each apartment. The infrastructure of Villa Sadyba is modern, energy-saving and ergonomic. Since first being announced, Villa Sadyba has attracted great interest from potential buyers – four of six apartments have already been sold.
The general contractor for the project is Eiffage Polska Budonictwo (EPB). EPB has been entrusted with the erection, general construction, sanitary and finishing works. It is also responsible for technical infrastructure and landscaping of the greenery surrounding the villa. The work completion is scheduled for the end of March 2018.
