Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, acting as the General Contractor, has informed about the completion of construction and interior fit-out works of Hotel Aquarion in Jagiellonska Street in Zakopane.
The new 4-star hotel is located within 500 metres of the Zakopane Railway Station, close to Krupówki Street – the famous promenade in this southern Polish popular tourist town at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. The building has 7 above-ground storeys with a hotel, a restaurant and catering, and a SPA part. It houses 136 comfortably appointed rooms for hotel guests, a restaurant specialising in European cuisine fused with regional flavours, a bar, SPA treatment rooms and three modern conference rooms for business guests. Altogether, 91 parking spaces are available in the underground and outside car park. The building’s architecture is a coherent whole with the Aqua Park building. Between both buildings, there is a connector for hotel guests wanting to take advantage of the waterpark’s offer without going outside.
Aqua Hotel Zakopane Sp. z o.o. is the project’s investor and the architects are PERBO Projekt. The total net floor area totals 8,044 m2. The scope of works commissioned to EPB included interior fit-out, internal installations, construction of a new car park and façade restoration.
