At the junction of the Jeżyce and Grunwald districts, the Eiffage Immobilier Group will complete its first residential project in Poznań. However, this is not the end – we are planning more projects in the city.
After successful debuts in Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw, Eiffage Immobilier Polska, part of the Eiffage Polska Group, is starting operations in the capital of Greater Poland. Poznań will be the fourth Polish city where the company wants to expand its development activities.
– We have been present in Poznań for a long time as Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. We have built not only residential, commercial and industrial buildings, but also unique structures. Now the time has come to implement our own development plans,” says Sebastian Bieńkowski, director of projects for Eiffage Immobilier Polska.
So far we have become known in Poznań as a reliable and proven general contractor. It is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo that is behind the realization of one of the largest and most modern zoological facilities in Europe. The canyon-like elephant house was built in 2009 and has since been home to African elephants at the Poznan Zoo. The company also built the Posnania shopping mall, which in 2015/2016 was one of the largest volume investments in Poland. Volkswagen has benefited from Eiffage’s experience, entrusting it with the construction of a logistics hall near Poznań with a total area of nearly 50,000 sqm, as well as French developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska, for whom EPB was the general contractor of Manufaktura Stare Miasto. The site of the 19th-century Akwawit spirit factory was adapted for apartments, while revitalizing the historic factory block. Eiffage built the second and third stages of Osiedle Perspektywa in the Old Town district, as well as the modern production hall of the Unilever factory.

A good location is a good investment
For the site of our first residential investment in Poznań, Marcelińska 18, we chose a location at the junction of Grunwald and Jeżyce, at the intersection of Marcelińska and Polna Streets. This is a green, fashionable area appreciated by Poznan residents. The unique character of the place is created by the historic neighborhood and the proximity of the atmospheric Jeżyce with its rich gastronomic and cultural offer, excellent transportation and several parks within walking distance. – Our goal is to develop residential projects in just such top locations. Uniquely located investments gain in value over time, and this is a key argument especially today, when many people are looking for a capital investment that is secure and resistant to market fluctuations. The Marcelińska 18 project is a complex of two buildings with 144 apartments and two commercial premises. The project will have a modern form, comfortable common areas including a reading room and a meeting place for residents. The whole project will be complemented by 120-year-old old trees located on the site.
