HB1820 is the first completed development by Eiffage Immobilier Polska in Wroclaw. The building has received an occupancy permit, and the developer has already issued most of the keys to residents. The investment in Przedmieście Oławskie is distinguished by its unusual style, terraced gardens and prestigious interiors with mirrors by Oskar Zięta.
The 96 unique apartments in the 7-story HB1820 building in the Olawa suburb are ready for occupancy. At 18 and 20 Haukego-Bosaka Street (hence the name HB1820), a true architectural gem by developer Eiffage Immobilier Polska has been created, complemented by elegant interiors with mirrors by Oskar Zięta, creator of Wrocław’s famous Nawa on Dali Island.
– HB1820 is a unique address in the center of Wroclaw. We decided to fit the building into the historic buildings of the district and design it in a simple but elegant form. We put a lot of emphasis on greenery, which can be seen on the front elevation, as well as in the terraced gardens, which are one of the most characteristic elements of HB1820, says Sebastian Bieńkowski, project director of Eiffage Immobilier Polska.
The building has successfully passed inspections and received an occupancy permit. Currently, the developer has already issued most of the keys, which include unique mirror hearts created by Oskar Zięta.
HB1820 – elegance, greenery and local craftsmanship
The facade of the 7-story building is bright and elegant. The front wall is covered with vegetation, and the whole is accentuated by light illumination. The gardens, which are usually located on the first floor, in HB1820 are located on the first floor.
– This is a rather unprecedented solution, which is perfect for dense development in city centers. As a result, residents will be able to enjoy a private piece of greenery located literally in the heart of Wroclaw,” emphasizes Sebastian Bieńkowski.
The second feature that distinguishes HB1820 from other developments is the standard of the common areas. One can enter the building through a representative lobby with a reception desk, which features mirrors by Oskar Zięta. This is a direct reference to local craftsmanship and urban art, which emphasizes the unique character of the investment. The interiors of the common areas were based on the principle of contrast. A strong shade of deep blue blends with delicate white, marble-colored tiles and stylized details in matte gold.
The building features 96 apartments with layouts ranging from 1 to 4 rooms and sizes from 26 to 100 sqm. 14 of them have private gardens and terraces, while the rest have balconies. All of them are equipped with panoramic windows providing both optimal sunlight in the rooms and comfortable soundproofing of the apartments. Residents can install air conditioning in each apartment. Provision is also made for above-standard distribution of dedicated installations and wiring. In addition, the entrance doors to all units have been specially raised and clad with portals. There are 115 parking spaces in the garage hall (on levels 0 and -1).
The building also features an 85-meter show apartment furnished entirely by the Decoroom studio.
– The theme was modern classic style, which corresponds to the character of the entire development. Thanks to stucco, rosettes on the wall in the lobby, as well as gold lamps and accessories, the apartment is a successful combination of the latest trends with refined classics,” says architect Angelika Front of the Decoroom studio, responsible for the apartment’s design.
HB1820 currently features the market’s sought-after duplex or corner apartments over 80 sqm. They have balconies or terrace gardens, which is an original and unprecedented architectural solution in the center of Wroclaw. The apartments feature spacious living rooms with panoramic windows, two or three bedrooms – depending on the size, and two bathrooms.
– People who work in home office mode and need extra space will find it perfect in our apartments. Such an apartment is also an ideal solution for clients looking for an apartment of a higher standard in a top location in the vicinity of Wroclaw’s Market Square and with excellent communication options with all areas of the city, convinces Sebastian Bieńkowski.
HB1820 is located at the intersection of the Old Town and Oławskie Przedmieście. The building is in close proximity to Dominikański Square and Grunwaldzki Square, and the railway and bus stations can be reached in just a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are more than a dozen educational institutions, as well as numerous stores, cafes and service points. A few minutes’ walk separates the investment from recreational areas along the Olawa River or the Oder River boulevards.
HB1820 is the first completed residential project by Eiffage Immobilier Polska in Wrocław. The developer is also currently in the process of building apartments on Kępa Mieszczańska as part of the Atmo project. The Eiffage Group is known in the capital of Lower Silesia primarily for its work on the OVO complex and the Thespian apartment building, and internationally for the glass pyramid of the Louvre, the Grand Arch on Paris’ La Défense, the Sydney Opera House and the world’s tallest viaduct in Millau.
