On November 27th, 2012 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A. signed a contract for the development of a primary school in Warsaw by Głębocka street. According to the design the building will contain classrooms and a gym which together cover almost 9500 sq. m and 43 500 cubic m. The contract includes siteworks and the erection of technical infrastructure. The investor is one of Warsaw’s district offices – District Białołęka. The office intends to pay almost PLN 22,5 million gross for the assignment. Construction works will be carried out up to the end of May 2014.
