Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex has been awarded a PLN 62,5 million net contract to develop Green Italy housing estate. The general contractor is to complete the construction of AB, E, F, G, HI multi-family residential buildings together with underground garages. The assignment includes basic services, development of technical infrastructure, sideworks and accessory buildings at Obywatelska street in Warsaw. Construction works will end in April 2014. The investor is Zielona Italia Sp. z o.o. The contract has been guaranteed by Marvipol SA.
