Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed a contract for the development of a housing estate. The contractor’s partner and investor Echo Investment S.A. chose Korzeniowski street in Cracow as the location of the newly erected buildings. The total value of the contract is almost PLN 14 million net. Construction works will last till May 29th, 2014.
