On November 15th, 2007 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed a contract to build an office and commercial building known as “Mokotów Plaza I” located at 6 Postępu St. in Warsaw. Under the contract the Company will renovate and expand the existing warehouse building, adding an underground garage and changing its current infrastructure. The front of the four-story building faces Postępu St. The new design divides the facade into three sections: two symmetrical at both ends and a larger protruding one at the center, which also features an open atrium. The scope of the project includes construction of external and internal utility systems such as water, sewage, electrical wiring, heating, ventilation, climate control, phone lines, roads, pavements, and lighting. The building will be adapted for the disabled. Celtic Asset Management Sp. z o.o is the Investor of this EUR 8.5M project. The construction works are expected to be completed within the next 12 months.
