Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex has signed a contract to build “Salwator City” multifamily residential complex in Krakow.
Under the contract the Company is to construct three buildings: six, nine, and eleven-storied high – a total of 171 apartments. The total area including garage space and hallways is equal to 13,839 m2, while the volume of the buildings is 44,168 m3. The layout of the apartments will vary, some will come with optional balconies, loggias, and terraces. The apartments on the top floor will feature large windows to showcase views of Kościuszko Mount and Old Town. All three buildings will be set on a single reinforced concrete slab with and underground parking underneath. The “Salwator City” residential complex was designed to provide maximum comfort to its residents. A touch of splendor and prestige will be added with high quality finishing materials, quiet elevators, and state-of-the-art security systems preventing unauthorized access to various security zones. Salwator City Sp. z o.o. is the Investor of the project. The PLN 35M contract was signed on October 23, 2007. The project will be completed within the next 18 months.
