On December 12, 2011 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed a contract with Echo Investment and will develop the first stage of a housing estate in Lodz, street Okopowa. The contractor will establish 6-storey buildings with parkings and land management. The floorage of this development equals 11.165 sq.m. The contracts is worth a total amount of PLN 20 million net. The construction Works will end in March 2013.
