On the 9th of December 2011 a fest due to the opening of Interferie Medical SPA Hotel was held in Świnoujście. The ceremony was attended by the representatives of the investor as well as members of the local authorities and the media. The General Contractor Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex was represented by President Zbigniew Zajączkowski and Contract Groups Director Mateusz Hlawaczek. The total surface area of SPA and conference resort in Swinoujscie is over 28 000 m2 which includes services, communication and technical infrastructure. The hotel has 308 rooms, a recreational swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna as well as fitness and entertainment facilities. The underground garage and parking together have over 9 000 m2.
