On 10th July 2009 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contract for the construction of ARGE office-service building by Wielicka Street in Cracow. The range of construction works includes the construction of office-service building with underground car park as well as the reconstruction of infrastructure, connections and roads. ARGE Nieruchomości is the investor. The contract is worth PLN 12 mln gross and the completion of the project is anticipated within 12 months.
