Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA will construct the swimming pool and educational centre

Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for completion of the new swimming pool in Wołomin. The swimming pool complex, which is the 1^st stage of The Regional Tourist and Leisure Centre in Wołomin, will be built on the area of Wołomin’s Sport and Recreation Centre “Huragan”. The contract includes the construction of the building (c.a. 4400 sq. m. in total) with two swimming pools: 25 m long sport swimming pool and recreational swimming pool with 60 m slide. The area will also include the sauna complex and jacuzzi as well as the platform for 200 people. Buffet, wellness studios, fitness and solarium are also planned in the building. The complex will be provided with the car park for 60 cars. Wołomin City Office is the investor. The completion of the first stage of The Regional Tourist and Leisure Centre in Wołomin is planned at the end of March 2011.
On 21^st August Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contract for the completion of multifunctional educational centre in Gomulin, the Łódź province, Piotrków district. The contract includes the construction of the new middle school and kindergarten buildings as well as the extension of the elementary school and the total built-up area amounts to over 4400 sq. m. Wola Krzysztoporska Commune is the investor and the project is expected to be completed within 22 months.
The value of both contracts amounts to c.a. PLN 25 m.
