The Infinity office building, located near Plac Jana Pawła II, at 16 Legnicka Street in Wrocław, has obtained the legally binding permit for use. In the coming days, the first tenants will move into the building, which offers nearly 22,000 square metres of leasable space.
An elegant and distinctive volume alluding to the infinity sign is one of the key elements distinguishing the Infinity office building, an investment completed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo as general contractor. This seven-storey class A office building offers, among other things, 18,727 sq m of office space, 1,561 sq m of retail and service space and a three-level underground garage with 311 parking spaces (including spaces with electric vehicle charging stations). With cyclists in mind, 128 bicycle stands were created in an enclosed area with changing rooms and showers. The office building was developed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, as well as WELL Health-Safety certification, confirming a high standard of safety procedures.
The Infinity office building boasts the use of the latest technology, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilt windows and the highest quality air filters, ensure the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity also features an impressive lobby with live plants inside. Spacious terraces with landscaping and greenery were created on the roof of the office building. Everything about the Infinity project, from the construction work to the technologies and solutions used and the management of the building, is carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to ensure that the office building is low carbon and minimises its environmental impact.
As part of the construction work at Infinity, a new road layout was also prepared at the intersection of Nabycińska and Legnicka Streets, as well as a section of the cycle path running between Nabycińska and Sokolnicza Streets.
