On 19 July 2023. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. signed a contract with Bogucki Folie Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k., which includes the construction of a three-storey office building with a connector leading to the client’s existing production facility in Jatne, Celestynów municipality.
Bogucki Folie is a family-owned company that has been successfully engaged in the production of polyethylene films for forty years, becoming a leader in this field. The company produces around 36,000 tonnes of film products annually and supplies its products to well-known and respected brands worldwide.
The scope of work entrusted includes:1. construction of an office building with a connector to the social-administrative part of the existing production and warehouse building,2. reconstruction of part of the existing production and warehouse building in the area of the connector,3. reconstruction of part of the existing car park,4. landscaping.
The three-storey office building with a regular cuboid form on a rectangular plan was designed by WIOSNA Architekci Studio under the direction of Piotr Wiosna. The building is characterised by the high standard of the adopted technical solutions and modern construction and finishing materials, i.e. glass, concrete, metal, wood.
The tectonics of the building’s facades is formed by arcades and light breaks in the external walls. The external façades were designed as structural, aluminium and glass curtain walls with a regular, modular division. The colour scheme of the façades is determined by the greenish tint of the façade glass, complemented by black aluminium structure elements with colour accents in the form of overhangs finished with copper-finished panels.
Above the ground floor level of the front façade, an overhang has been designed which also acts as a canopy over the main entrance to the building. On the side of the designed park part of the site, an exit is foreseen from the building located in a two-storey arcade. On the last storey of the building, a balcony and a terrace accessible from the offices are foreseen.
In the central part of the ground floor of the building, a spacious, representative lobby with a reception desk was designed. The remaining area of the ground floor was developed with conference rooms, sanitary blocks and technical rooms serving the facility. The first floor of the building has been used predominantly for open-space offices and offices. Sanitary blocks and a coffee corner as a social and leisure area were also designed. In the central part of the floor there is a spacious lift hall with an opening to the lobby below. The first floor is connected to the existing part of the industrial building by a glazed link. The second floor is entirely occupied by offices and executive offices with the necessary hygiene and sanitary facilities. Exit to an external terrace is provided from the CEOs’ offices. A balcony located in the front façade area of the building is accessible from some of the offices.
