The ATMO estate, a Wroclove development by Eiffage Immobilier Polska and Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, reveals the richness of Kępa Mieszczańska’s historic past.
The modern apartment building has been integrated into the brick walls of a historic stable, which in the 19th century was part of the military barracks located in this part of Wrocław (Wroclove). The architect responsible for its design was Carl Gotthard Langhans, who also created the Hatzfeld Palace in the city.
Thanks to our revitalisation of the brick facades and cross vaults, we have exposed the unique historical context of this part of the city and turned the ruined stables into a historical element of a modern housing estate. Its design was carried out by the well-known Wrocław architect Zbigniew Maćkow. It is a great source of pride that we were able to give a second life to historical buildings and contribute to the architectural continuity of this historic district.
