A formal ceremony took place to celebrate the first day of the construction of Artistic Żoliborz housing estate on May 15th, 2013. The event was attended by several guests such as the president of Dom Development SA, Warsaw’s district first bishop, representatives of the local authorities including Żoliborz District city council and journalists. The groundbreaking was carried out by presidents of Dom Development and Eiffage Polska Budownictwo together with the mayor and his deputy. This symbolic act has been registered in the building site logbook.
