On Friday, November 29th, 2013 a stone laying ceremony took place at Półwiejska street construction site in Poznań.
The newly developed building is to be a multifunctional center with office, retail and services facilities. According to plans the total street retail area will equal 6500 sq. m and another 2500 sq. m will be covered by A class office area. The capacity of the parking will be 89 cars.
The building is to be commissioned in 2015.
