On July 9th, 2014 a stone laying ceremony took place at Łacina construction site in Poznań. It was attended by special guests: Mr. Micheli Gostoli, Eiffage Construction General Director, the representatives of the Supervisory Council, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo Management Board and Site Managers.
Łacina retail center will offer 100 000 sq. m of rentable space. It is located at the intersection of Pleszewska and Łacina streets. According to plans it will contain 220 commercial premises and a parking with a total of 3300 spaces. The investment is funded by Apsys company.
At the moment the site is being prepared to launch main construction works. The EUR 300 million investment is to be finished in 2016.
