Eiffage Polska Budownictwo signed a contract for the development of a residential area at Kapelanka street in Cracow.
The investment’s value exceeds PLN 26 million. The buildings will be erected for Skarbiec Nieruchomości 5 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. Construction works will last 17 months and begin on July 8th, 2014.
