On October 30th the foundation stone laying ceremony took place at Factory Wołomin retail center construction site. The feast was attended by the representatives of the investor, design studio, general contractor and local authorities.
Factory Wołomin will be the largest and most modern commercial & entertainment area in Wołomin district located near a regional railway station. The center will consist of two parts: the main shopping mall on one side of the commercial park and an opposing retail center. The main building’s leasable area amounts to 23,500 sq. m. The retail center offers another 6,500 sq. m of leasable area and space for about 80 shops & services premises as well as a car park with 830 parking spaces.
