Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is increasingly entering the PRS (Private Rented Sector). As a general contractor, we are building another apartment complex, this time on Postępu Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The investor is Eiffage Immobilier Polska, and the user of the building is the LifeSpot platform, which is one of the leaders of the rapidly growing PRS property market segment in Poland.
The usable area of the new complex on Postępu Street will be 34,734 sqm and will accommodate as many as 431 units. According to the schedule, it will be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
We joined the PRS sector as a general contractor because we believe it has great potential and growth prospects. We see that more and more people entering adulthood are choosing to rent rather than buy property. This allows them to maintain their independence and be mobile, without being tied to their chosen location. It was these changes in society that led us to decide to become involved in investments for the institutional rental market. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is a large and stable company – we are able to secure the investor and be a guarantor of the quality and timing of the investment, says Dorota Dorożyńska, member of the management board and financial director of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
An advantage of the investment at Postępu is its location. From Warsaw’s Służewiec district you can quickly get to Chopin Airport or the exit from the S79 expressway, which enables fast and convenient transport in every direction. In the close vicinity of the investment are the office district of Mokotów and Galeria Mokotów.
– We are committed to ensuring that the premises we offer are comfortable and tailored to the needs of our customers. That is why we focus on the best locations in the largest Polish metropolises, such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, the Tricity, Katowice, Łódź or Poznań. Warsaw Mokotów is undoubtedly one of them. Our investments are characterised by functional layouts and robust furnishings, including modern kitchens and bathrooms that provide full functionality with minimal footprint. We offer a variety of configurations, from Studio for singles, to Comfort units ideal for young couples, to Family units for families with children. Thanks to our approach, LifeSpot is becoming an attractive choice on the map of Poland’s largest cities, offering premises tailored to modern trends and the needs of mobile tenants,’ says Tomasz Grodek, Chief Development Officer at LifeSpot.
The construction of the complex on Postępu Street is another PRS investment in which Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has been involved. The company also carried out the Białostocka 5D project in Warsaw with 185 flats for rent and 3 commercial premises.
