On 28th April 2009 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contact for completion of Regional Leisure Centre (Regionalne Centrum Rekreacyjne) in Bolesławiec, Lower Silesia. The contact includes the construction of indoor swimming pool with technical and road infrastructure as well as car park.
Two-storey Leisure Centre’s building will have the sport swimming pool sized 25mx16m, recreational pool (12,5mx6m) and paddling pool (25 sq. m). The area will also include the sauna complex and fitness with squash room as well as the platform for 50 people and technical rooms. The contract embraces the preparation of the complete technical documentation of the project as well as the execution of external infrastructure and underground car for 50 cars.
Bolesławiec Municipality is the investor whereas the value of the contract accounts for over 19 mln PLN. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex will prepare the investment project within 3 months and the construction is planned for the next 20 months.
