Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed a design-build formula agreement with a renowned plastics systems manufacturer WAVIN Metalplast-Buk Sp. z o.o. on January 19th, 2012. According to the contract the general contractor will raise a production plant. The plant’s floorage equals 4 140, 57 sq. m and cubature 33 770, 35 cubic m. The total contract value exceeds PLN 8 million gross. All construction works will be completed by July 31st, 2013. The construction of a production plant is one of the investor’s WAVIN Metalplast-Buk Sp. z o.o. key decisions in further market expansion plans and future development strategy.
