On June 21st 2011 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for the construction of the first stage of office development Enterprise Park in Cracow. Construction works will end in September 2012. The newly built business park in Cracow is to have 28 000 m2 in total. The value of the contract comes to PLN 45 million net. The investor is Avestus Real Estate.
