Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for the construction of „Wodnik” hotel in Toruń. The object of this contract is the building shell completion. The building will have 3 ground 1 underground floors. L&P company from Bydgoszcz is the investor. The construction is planned to be completed in September this year and the value of the contract amounts c.a. PLN 16 m net.
