Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA will build the sport complex in Wilanów district, Warsaw

Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for the construction of swimming pool, sport hall with underground car park by the School Complex no. 79, located at 26 Wiertnicza Str. in Warsaw. The hall will include handball field (20x40m), volleyball and training fields as well as platforms for viewers. There will be also a swimming pool seized 12,5x25m, 140-180cm deep as well as paddling pool and recreational swimming pool. Gym, sanitary facilities, staff rooms, cloak rooms and car parks are planned underground. The overall building area will amount to 3400 sq. m. The complex will be adapted to the needs of handicapped. Warsaw City Office Wilanów District is the investor. The contract worth PLN 28 million gross, is planned to be completed within the next 25 months.
