On 19th November 2010 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed a contract for the modernization of the public building at Traugutta street in Lodz. The subject of this contract is the modernization of the building together with siteworks, the reconstruction of the internal installation system, driveway and buried utilities as well as the renovation of the internal road construction. The contract value amounts over PLN 40 million net. Construction works will last till November 2012. The investors are the City of Lodz and the Lodz Voivodship.
