Since January 2008, Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA has been working on the expansion of the six-story Philip Morris cigarettes factory office building (total area: 4,954m2) in Krakow. Besides a glassed exterior, the internal infrastructure of the building includes state-of-the-art systems, which are characteristic of the so-called “intelligent buildings”. The company is to construct parking lots and roads around the building. Philip Morris Polska S.A. is the investor of the PLN 27-million project, which is scheduled to be completed in October 2008.
