Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA is to build new Jagielloński Park and Technology Incubator building

Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA has been awarded a contract to join the Jagielloński Park and Technology Incubator Project in Krakow. Under the terms of the contract the Company is to design and construct Jagielloński Park and Technology Incubator building, which is to be leased out to large well-established international corporations operating in life science segments of the industry. The project involves constructing a prism-shaped structure with a 5,980m² triangle base. The facade of the three-story building with a partial basement will run along Michała Bobrzyńskiego St. The Jagielloński Innovation Center is a pioneering project in Central Europe, established to promote development of high-tech companies in the industries such as biotechnology and biomedicine as well as helping to implement commercial bioproducts. The modern design will provide the future occupants with safety, comfort, and high standard facilities. The scope of the project includes installing all the internal and external systems such as electrical wiring, water and sewage, central heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning. In addition, the Company will build an external lighting system, roads and pavements around the area. Jagiellońskie Centrum Innowacji Sp. z o.o. is the Investor of the project, which is to be completed over the next 12 months.
