Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for the construction of „Sady Wergiliusza” residential set of buildings by Wergiliusza/Wolumen Str. in Warsaw. The General Contractor will build two buildings: A & B with underground car park for 180 cars and service outlets. The usable area amounts to c.a. 9 300 sq.m. and its cubature – over 95 000 cubic meters. 9-floor building will hold 150 flats. The entire area will be monitored and secured. “Sady Wergiliusza” development combines classic and modernity. Large recreational areas and old trees in the vicinity make a peaceful venue. At the same time the location by Kasprowicza & Żeromskiego streets and Wawrzyszew underground station in the vicinity will give fast and comfortable access to the city centre. The construction works are to be completed in December 2012. Yuniversal Podlaski Bis is the investor and the value of the contract amounts to c.a. PLN 31 m net.
