Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA will serve as a General Contractor of The Arts Education Centre by Krakowska Str. in Kielce. The contract was signed on 27th May. The development is a part of a larger project of The Faculty of Pedagogy and Art of The Jan Kochanowski University of Humanities and Sciences extension. The contract calls for the construction of 1100 sq.m. including, among others, the representative hall and two rooms for lectures with additional facilities (audio-video studio). The building will be a handicapped-friendly project. The value of the contract amounts to ca. PLN 6 m. net and the construction will be completed to September 2011.
