On 27th October 2010 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A. signed the contract for construction of two hotels with siteworks and technical infrastructure in Wroclaw: Hotel Campanile and Hotel Premiere Classe. In total the hotels will contain 288 rooms, four conference halls, a lounge bar and restaurant for 100 persons. The construction works will last till 31 December 2011. The investor is LWIH PROPERTY HOLDING (POLAND) SP. Z O.O.
