A prestigious A class development of Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex, the Aquarius Business House received the BREEAM Interim certificate. The Grontmij company which managed the process of certification granted the building a ‘Very Good’ mark appreciating a very high score of 64.39%. Aquarius Business House is erected in Wrocław at Borowska and Swobodna street. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex is responsible for the core &shell stage.
