We want to promote and appreciate the best regional developments which change the regional landscape and make it more attractive. The Concert Hall in Wejherowo is not only the pride of the city but the whole Pomerania region – said voivode Mieczysław Struk.
The final gala of the 17th edition of an all-Polish competition ‘Modernization 2012’ was held on November 7th, 2013 in the Herbal Hall of the marshal office in Gdańsk. Prize winners and finalists were awarded and received special certificates from the pomeranian voivode.
The City of Wejherowo received an award for the revitalization of the central public area around the culture center of Wejherowo and Sobieskiego, Dworcowa and Hallera streets.
Mr. Bogdan Tokłwicz, vice president of Wejherowo City and Mr. Arkadiusz Kraszkiewicz, treasurer received the reward on behalf of the president of Wejherowo. Special thank you letters were send to the design studio Biuro Inżynierskie Sp. z o.o. and Autorska Pracownia Projektowa ARCH-STUDIO, both companies from Opole, a city in the South-West of Poland. A thank you note was also send to the general contractor Eiffage Polska Budownictwo represented by Mrs. Maria Czerwińska, Commerce Director.
