The Consortium of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo and Eiffage Polska Instalacje is to develop the 3rd stage of Artistic Żoliborz housing estate and the 1st stage of Aura residential complex in Wrocław.
Eiffage Polska Budownictwo and Eiffage Polska Instalacje signed a contract for the construction of Artistic Żoliborz residential area stage 3 (buildings D, E) in Warsaw by Powązkowska street. The same consortium will establish the 1st stage of Aura housing estate (buildings A, B, C) in Wrocław by S. Grota – Roweckiego street. Both agreements were concluded in February 2014.
Construction works in Warsaw will end in July 2015. In Wrocław they will be finished a month later. The total value of both contracts amounts to PLN 82 million net.
At the moment Eiffage Polska Budownictwo operates the 1st stage of Artistic Żoliborz construction which includes 3 buildings of six to eight ground levels, 223 apartments, 5 service premises and 253 underground parking spaces. The construction will end in September this year.
