Studio Mokotów is a modern residential area situated at Garażowa street in Warsaw. Eiffage has completed this project consisting of 4 residential buildings with two underground storeys and nine overground storeys, as well as with entrances and accompanying infrastructure.

Eiffage used high-quality building materials at every stage of works. The elevation was among others concrete facade bricks and fiber-cement boards, and during the interior finishing of buildings - wooden cladding of walls and ceilings and glass panels.

The characteristic elements of Studio Mokotów are colorful prints by the El Kenor, one of the leading street art artists in the world . Artist's graphics cover both outside and inside buildings. A unique element of the facade are illuminated glass razor blades decorated with El Kenor graphics, which - observed at the from the corner - make up a coherent picture.

The external area, full of diverse vegetation consists of spatial concrete blocks in the shape of pyramids, also decorated with El Kenora graphics.
