The modern A-class business park offers a total of more than 60,000 sq. m of functional work space.

Hidden among the greenery, the three-storey buildings rise on land restored thanks to the regeneration of the contaminated grounds of a former vehicle inspection station and transport centre. Office buildings were fitted with a number of environment-friendly solutions, such as water- and electricity-saving systems, zone cooling, heating and lighting systems. The project was awarded a BREEAM certificate (grade: ”very good”).
