Topping out on one of the largest PRS investments in Wrocław. Eiffage completes another stage of construction on Białowieska Street
30.10.2025
A topping-out ceremony was held for one of the largest PRS (Private Rented Sector) investments in Wrocław, located on Białowieska Street. This symbolic moment marks the completion of the structural phase of the project, which will deliver nearly 500 rental units. The general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and the investor is PFR Nieruchomości S.A.
The development, located on former railway grounds by the Oder River in the Popowice district, is one of PFR Nieruchomości’s key projects in Poland.
“Wrocław is growing rapidly, and new residents as well as those seeking independence need housing under stable conditions. The estate on Białowieska Street is exceptional in terms of location — it offers the opportunity to rent a flat and settle in a place that directly neighbors the river and green areas,” says Grzegorz Tomaszewski, President of the Management Board of PFR Nieruchomości.
The Białowieska development consists of three buildings reaching up to ten above-ground storeys and one or two underground levels. In total, they will house 477 comfortable units ranging from one- to four-room layouts. For residents, 549 underground parking spaces and 39 above-ground spaces are planned, along with six commercial units on the ground floors.
“The topping-out ceremony is always a special moment for the entire team — a symbolic completion of a major construction stage. It is the result of the hard work of the entire Eiffage team and our partners who carry out this project with full commitment. At Eiffage, we prioritize top quality, precision, and responsibility at every stage, which is why we are pleased that the project on Białowieska Street is progressing according to plan and in line with the highest health and safety standards,” emphasizes Marek Kowalik, Operations Director at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
The design was developed by the Group-Arch studio and is being executed using BIM methodology, covering the entire life cycle of the facility — from design and construction to management of the completed building. The as-built models created after construction ends will enable efficient property management in the years to come.
Completion of construction is scheduled for December 2026.
